Construction debris removal in Pearland
A bathroom remodel, a kitchen tear-out, an old fence: the debris comes out in a weekend and then sits on the driveway. Pearland’s curbside service excludes construction debris and lumber outright, so it goes one of two ways: a dumpster or a haul.

Dumpster or Haul
What Is in a Typical Load
Drywall, old cabinets and countertops, carpet and pad, vinyl and laminate, tile, a vanity and toilet, fence pickets and posts. Concrete, brick and tile are heavy for their volume and are often priced by weight or excluded; say if the pile has much of them.
If a contractor did the remodel, their contract may already include debris removal. Check before you call anyone else.
Not in the Same Load
Materials that need a specialist
Anything you suspect contains asbestos, such as old vinyl tiles with black adhesive, popcorn ceiling from a house of that era or some old siding, should not be broken up or loaded as ordinary debris until it has been tested. That is a job for a licensed asbestos professional, not a hauler.
Paint, solvents and adhesives go to household hazardous waste drop-off, not in the truck.
Asked About This One
Does Pearland’s trash service take remodel debris?
No. Frontier Waste Solutions lists construction debris, lumber, concrete, rocks and dirt as not accepted for bulk pickup.
Can the crew pick up from inside the house?
Yes, if the debris is bagged or stacked where they can reach it. Say where it is.
Is it cheaper than a dumpster?
For a pile that already exists, often. For a project still underway, a dumpster usually wins.
